EDWARDIAN BEAUTY AND GLAMOUR

Superbly renovated with luxurious detail throughout, 73 Asling Street Brighton is one of KWDs latest residential projects. Working with the ever talented Ian Freeman of Morphosis Architects, and the very discerning owners of the property, the process from start to finish was executed with precision.  The outcome, an exquisitely finished renovation, with state-of-the-art design features and finishes, specified, sourced and supplied by Kate Walker of KWD.

The 3 bedroom home is one of those stand out properties where the quality and finishes are second to none. As you enter the front of the home the Edwardian features instantly shine. Then as you proceed to the rear of the home an impressive surprise awaits.

PRODUCTS SPECIFIED IN ASLING STREET:

Main Flooring:  Covering the floors in the spacious open plan areas and original entry and hallways are Engineered Oak timber boards. This type of flooring is a feature in itself as it looks timeless and warm. The product’s strength also means it will easily stand the test of time in the busiest part of any house. Specially manufactured step treads were also used on the striking staircase leading up to the master bedroom and ensuite.  This material was the perfect choice to blend the original section of the home with the ultra-modern rear.
